β Eligibility for Returns
You can request a return or refund if:
- The item is damaged, defective, or not as described.
- You received the wrong product or incomplete order.
- You notify us within 7 days of receiving the product.
- The product is unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags/manuals intact.
β Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Used or assembled bicycles
- Custom orders or modified items
- Products damaged due to misuse, neglect, or accidents
- Accessories that have been unsealed or used
πΈ Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item:
- We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
- In case of a prepaid order, the amount will be refunded back to your bank/card.
- For COD orders, we may request your bank details for NEFT/IMPS transfer.
π Return Shipping
- If the return is due to our error (damaged/wrong item), we will cover the return shipping cost.
- If returning for any other reason, the customer may be responsible for return shipping.
